With over 15 years of experience in leading enterprise-level transformations, I specialise in helping organisations evolve—strategically, sustainably, and with purpose. I founded Direct Agility to offer a more personal, honest, and results-driven approach to business transformation and leadership development.

My background spans telecoms, financial services, tech, and government sectors, where I’ve supported C-suite leaders, coached executive teams, and designed large-scale change programmes that deliver measurable outcomes. I bring deep expertise in agile transformation, lean portfolio management, strategic delivery, leadership coaching, and operating model design.

I’ve led full-scale transformations across complex environments—often where pace is high, culture is tough, and outcomes need to be real. My approach is hands-on, collaborative, and rooted in real-world experience. I don’t just talk about agility or leadership—I help leaders live it.

I work directly with individuals and teams to cut through complexity, build confidence, and turn ambitious goals into meaningful progress. Whether I’m designing a new delivery model, coaching a leadership team, or helping a struggling transformation get back on track, I focus on creating lasting impact—not dependency.

When I’m not deep in transformation strategy, you’ll find me walking along the beach with my two miniature dachshunds, Izzabella and Annabella—who also play an important part in keeping the Direct Agility spirit alive.

Affectionately known as “Thunder Paws,” she is the heartbeat of Direct Agile Limited, ensuring that no one stays idle for too long. Whether it’s a spontaneous burst of excitement to lift the team’s spirits or a playful nudge to remind everyone that movement fuels creativity, Annabella embodies passion, joy, and an unstoppable drive to make work fun.

As Director of Play and Energy (DPE), Annabella takes her responsibilities seriously (in the most fun way possible). 

Her high-energy leadership style keeps everyone engaged, encouraging the perfect balance of productivity and play. Her expertise in morale-boosting, snack appreciation, and outdoor adventures makes her a key figure in Direct Agile’s culture.

But Annabella isn’t just about energy—she’s about bringing out the best in those around her. Whether she’s leading a beach walk brainstorming session, inspiring team-building activities, or appearing in marketing campaigns with her iconic toy lobster, she makes sure her presence is felt in the most positive way possible.

Though she’s not a fan of car rides, she never misses an opportunity to join in on outdoor adventures, explore new places, and brighten up every environment she enters.
